Great authentic Mexican dishes at an affordable prices, great atmosphere and awesome staff I frequent this place when in town.

Easily the best Mexican food around. Burritos are so big you will take half home.

Good place for lunch stopped in for lunch first time eating at this restaurant. Will definitely be back. Service was good food was good.

Team Los all the way! It's the best place in town for lunch. Try the Express items when you are in a hurry. The Express Tamale is the best tamale I've ever had. The chicken tostada is good too.

Went in for my wife birthday had a great time!! She got a double shot n an awsome margarita!!

The food was good but it took over 2 hours by the time everything was done. We had to get our own silverware because they brought the food out but didn't bring us anything to eat with. The place was busy so I didn't mind these things until I got the bill and they added the gratuity to the the bill. I normally always tip when at a restaurant and would have this time too, but I believe it is up to the customer to decide what to tip and not the establishment to automatically add it to the bill. My first trip there was also my last trip.

A good place to when we have a group of 6-8 people. Good food (portions and price) and good service. Everyone was pleased with what they ordered.

Never dissapointed. Fast and friendly service. My favorite Mexican place. The fajitas are cooked perfectly! My husband has a strange order of "the biggest burrito they have" and they never fail!!! It's delicious.

Charged us for our food and another table and refused to refund us our money and then hung up on us. Definitely will never go back.

Good food

Last time I was there the waitress was awful. We were very patient with her until she continued to mess up our orders. We then explained her mess ups because we didn’t want to get charged for something we didn’t order. When it was time to check out our tickets were a mess. We paid our tickets and she asked us if we wanted changed back. I said yes, I want change back because there is a 17% gratuity charge already on my bill. She told my I was rude. The manager overheard and literally put his hands on me and tried pushing me out the door and threatening the cops on me. I never once was rude or raised my voice or anything until he put his hands on me. I will never patronize another Los Rancheros. Which we use to patronize regularly.

Terrible service, stale chips, and they overcharged me for a premium drink that wasn't received. If you're in Taylorville and want a taco, go to taco bell.

This restaurant is great. Definitely the best Mexican food in Taylorville. It's pretty authentic and hasn't been turned into fast food like most places. There isn't a bad item on the menu. If you do go ask for Hector.

Service was great. Food tasted excellent. We went for margaritas and ordered the margarita tower for our group and were pleased at how they tasted. Very impressed and will return.

Worst restaurant ever! Called me racist because I needed a Hispanic waiter! I’m Mexican myself! Do not recommend this place at all! The manager should be fired!

Good food!

We stopped in on our way home from a trip, expecting the usual Mexican fare. The best Mexican food I've had downstate!! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, in old world style. We will be back !
